Founded by my grandfather in 1975, the farm was a legacy that marked the beginning of a coffee-growing tradition. However, after his passing, the farm suspended its operations for several years.

In 2018, my father, a passionate coffee enthusiast, took over the estate after it had been abandoned, and together with me, Ing. Álvaro Zamora Padilla, we decided to revitalize it.

We divided the estate into plots and areas by elevation, which allowed us to cultivate resilient and productive varieties such as Sarchimor, Anacafé 14, and Paraneima.

This structured approach allowed us to develop an exceptional blend, balancing resilience and quality, in addition to traditional and exotic varieties such as Caturra Amarillo, Bourbon, Pacamara, and Geisha. With this renewed vision, the brand Café Las Ilusiones was born.

Coffee sown, harvested, processed, roasted, and packaged with dedication by young Guatemalans. Each cup tells a story of effort, tradition, and commitment to excellence.

Finca Las Ilusiones combines tradition and innovation to offer specialty coffee of the highest quality. We stand out by exporting green coffee and providing roasted coffee to renowned restaurants and institutions, both nationally and internationally.
