Geisha coffee is one of the most prestigious and exotic varieties in the world, recognized for its exceptional quality in the cup when grown at high altitudes and with proper management.
It stands out for its delicate floral aromas, which include notes of jasmine and peach, as well as for its complexity and elegance. On the farm, this variety is the newest addition, planted in 2025 in the highest areas, at 1,500 meters above sea level.
The privileged conditions of the region, such as altitude, unique climate, and rich volcanic soils, promise the development of unique aromatic profiles that will establish Geisha as a coffee of exceptional specialty.

Productivity and sweetness in every grain.
The Caturra Amarillo coffee, a natural mutation of Bourbon, is characterized by its compact grain, high yield, and the distinctive yellow color of its ripe fruits.
This low-statured plant stands out for its productivity and resilience. On the farm, it is grown at 1,300 meters above sea level, where the cool climate and rich volcanic soils create an ideal environment for its development. These conditions allow the Caturra Amarillo to display its sweet and complex profile, establishing itself as a variety of excellent quality.

Large size and unique complexity
The Pacamara coffee stands out for its exceptionally large bean size and remarkable complexity in the cup. The result of the crossing between Pacas, a dwarf Bourbon variety, and Maragogipe, known for its impressive beans, this variety combines the best of both.
On the farm, it is grown at an altitude of 1,250 meters above sea level, creating the perfect conditions for the Pacamara to develop a unique profile. Its robust body and spicy notes enhance its distinctive character, solidifying it as an excellent coffee variety.

Tradition and excellence in the heights
Bourbon coffee is one of the most recognized and valued varieties in Guatemala, distinguished by its quality, balanced flavor, and unique nuances. It is a high-altitude variety, characterized by small beans, but of high quality.
On the farm, thanks to its volcanic soil and elevated altitudes, Bourbon develops sweet profiles and a balanced body. This coffee is grown in the highest part of the farm, at 1,500 meters above sea level, where the ideal conditions enhance its excellence.
Special Blend: Balance, Endurance, and Sophisticated Flavor
A blend composed of the Sarchimor, Anacafé 14, Paraneima, and Obata varieties is a balanced and sophisticated proposal, resulting from genetic improvement programs that combine desirable characteristics from various varieties.
These varieties are notable for their resistance to coffee rust (Hemileia vastatrix) and their high productivity, offering superior yields in both quantity and quality. Grown on the farm at altitudes ranging from 1,250 to 1,350 meters above sea level, these varieties develop a complex and appealing sensory profile.
The result is a versatile and high-quality coffee, ideal for both traditional methods and specialty preparations, reflecting the best of each of the varieties used.
